Helping Knight Knox to get quality leads for the off-plan property market

Knight Knox has operated in the off-plan buy-to-let market for over 10 years. In this highly competitive environment, it is becoming increasingly difficult to reach new and interested potential buyers. The company needed high-quality inquiries from investors looking for off-plan, buy-to-let property and got in touch with Mitula Group’s sales team. After analyzing their needs, we prepared them a concrete advertising action plan that helped them improve not only the quantity but also the quality of their inquiries.

Mitula’s advertising proposal was a multi-country campaign using dedicated newsletters, premium display positions and native adverts impacting Mitula Groups’ databases and audience across the USA, UK, Australia, South Africa, Malaysia, Russia, Singapore, Hong Kong, United Arab Emirates, Brazil and India. The campaign, which ran for 10 months in 2018, improved their results by sending out a total of 34 email marketing campaigns, and via A/B testing, we continually improved results each time.

The results

With this campaign, we managed to increase Knight Knox’s website traffic in line with the dates that the mailers and native adverts were running. The native adverts produced a large number of enquires, a high percentage of which are currently actively engaged with the sales team in regard to potential purchases, The product-specific mailers have been extremely well received, with the UK database being particularly receptive. There have been six purchases since the campaign started.
